Account Manager
- Movement to an Account Management position requires the same skills and responsibilities as an Account Specialist on larger scale events and tradeshows
- Lead my own trade shows and special events in DC and around the US
- Work in various venues around the US and maintaining a positive relationship with our contact.
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Lead all internal meetings and details after the show is sold.
- Act as the clients point of contact for all needs and questions and function as the liaison between the client and Hargrove.
- Work and run multiple shows at a time with revenues ranging from $5,000 - $2,500,000.

Account Specialist
- Manage all show information and details.
- Lead each meeting delivering information to all departments involved.
- Communicate all needs and expectations with the client.
- Generate work orders, update floorplans, and produce graphics based on client needs.
- Create the production timeline and coordinate all install/dismantle requirements.
Account Coordinator
- Assist Account Specialist and Account Managers with administrative duties including but not limited to:
The creation and management of travel sheets
Fire marshal review, submittal, and approval
Support on and off show site
Creation of Exhibitor Service Kits
- Provide graphic management assistance
- Successfully write and run small scale shows (revenue under $50,000).
