Account Manager

- Movement to an Account Management position requires the same skills and responsibilities as an Account Specialist on larger scale events and tradeshows

- Lead my own trade shows and special events in DC and around the US

- Work in various venues around the US and maintaining a positive relationship with our contact.

- Attend client meetings and site visits.

- Lead all internal meetings and details after the show is sold.

- Act as the clients point of contact for all needs and questions and function as the liaison between the client and Hargrove.

- Work and run multiple shows at a time with revenues ranging from $5,000 - $2,500,000.

Account Specialist

- Manage all show information and details.

- Lead each meeting delivering information to all departments involved.

- Communicate all needs and expectations with the client.

- Generate work orders, update floorplans, and produce graphics based on client needs.

- Create the production timeline and coordinate all install/dismantle requirements.

 

Account Coordinator

- Assist Account Specialist and Account Managers with administrative duties including but not limited to:

                The creation and management of travel sheets

                Fire marshal review, submittal, and approval

                Support on and off show site

                Creation of Exhibitor Service Kits

- Provide graphic management assistance

Event Sales Coordinator
- Followed leads bringing in new clients and selling Pinstripes food, beverage, and event space.
- Helped clients plan menu and venue details.
- Created and reviewed Banquet Event Orders for clients and Pinstripes Restaurant.
- Greeted guests at time of event and introduced them to their operations manager and server(s).
- Assisted other event manager in floor plans, follow ups, menu details, and final contracts.
GRACE ESTATE WINERY
Assistant Tasting Room Manager
-Greet guests, pour, and describe wines.
-Offer wine club memberships and maintain positive relationships with members. Create and project the highest standards of
hospitality and positive customer relations.
-Partake in managerial duties: opening and closing of the tasting room, effectively operating the POS system and handling
routine transactions, assist in staffing and staff schedules.
-Train and support new tasting room associates.
 
EVENTS ASSISTANT
James Madison University Hospitality Management Themed Events
-Planned and executed a themed event from October 2015- February 2016 for 80 guests.
-Managed the event (56 person staff) as well as the supervisors and Hospitality Management Staff.
-Used problem-solving skills to avoid any conflicts that came up during the event.
-Supervised a themed event for 130 guests and 50 staff members.

-Oversaw logistics of the event including the layout of the space/sponsors, and client set up and breakdown.
-Worked closely with the event planner and managed my own staff team.
